Anyone renting out property counts as a business for VAT purposes and must be able to receive electronic invoices — a plain inbox technically qualifies, but that's where the problem starts.

Pricing questions

Is VAT included in the price?

The prices shown are gross consumer prices. Once Zetaro launches, invoices will clearly show whether VAT applies to your account type.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The plan is monthly cancellation with no minimum term. Final terms will be confirmed at launch.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You'll be able to export everything before your account closes. We haven't finalized the exact retention period yet, but it will always be clearly communicated.

FAQ

Before you sign up

Do I need to issue e-invoices myself as a landlord?

Usually not — for private residential renting, the lease itself counts as the invoice. You still need to receive and store incoming e-invoices, for example from contractors.

Will I lose my current contractor relationship?

No. Zetaro doesn't replace your contractor — it organizes the communication and paperwork with the one you already work with.

When does Zetaro launch?

We're building the first version now. Signing up gets you early access and locks in the launch price.

Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is meant to be encrypted and stored on servers in Germany/the EU, processed under GDPR. Full details will be published in our privacy policy at launch.

Is Zetaro for private landlords or professional property managers too?

Primarily for private landlords with a handful of properties. For larger portfolios or professional property management, get in touch directly — we're expanding the platform step by step.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, the plan is monthly cancellation with no minimum term. Final details will be confirmed at launch.

Does Zetaro replace a tax advisor or real-estate agent?

No. Zetaro organizes communication and paperwork, but doesn't replace legal, tax, or real-estate advice.

Does publishing to Kleinanzeigen, ImmoScout24 & co. really happen automatically?

Right now, Zetaro copies the finished listing text and opens the right platform for you. Fully automatic transfer via an official interface is planned as a next step, once we have partnerships with the platforms.

What languages is Zetaro available in?

The interface is available in German, English, Spanish and French. The request assistant itself is currently German-only; more languages are on the way.

Which countries is Zetaro built for?

We're starting in Germany, where e-invoicing rules are most concrete right now. Other European countries with similar rules are planned next.

Do my tenants have to pay to use the tenant channel?

No. The tenant channel is included in your subscription and free for your tenants to use — they can report issues and see the status, nothing more. They never see your documents, invoices, or other financial data.
